To complete this application, you must have the following items available:
- A copy of your current, unexpired Washington State Business License (with Yakima added on if you live out of the county)
- A copy of your current, unexpired Liability Insurance with “Downtown Association of Yakima” listed as an additional insured
- If selling items by weight, a small scale endorsement on your business license and a scale certificate of compliance
- At least two photos of your product and at least one photo of your booth set up
